The History
The Castleberry Building History
From the beginning, the Castleberry brothers had their sights on expansion and prosperity. Their entrepreneurial journey began as tenants in a neighboring town square building, operating under the name Castleberry & Co, Mercantile. In 1990 the wooden structure was erected, bearing their family name and marking forever in history the corner of Main Street, Salem Arkansas.
Our Story
Shop on the Corner
I have dreamed of owning a boutique since 2008 when I received my first Embroidery machine. I would catch myself saying “it would be so fun to own a store!”. What started out as a side hobby sewing for my friends, out of the spare room of our basement then developed into a boutique craft fair booth and will now be a retail store in a historic building on Main Street.
